Prices & Conditions for Rental
In all the prices below the VAT are included.
Normally you rent the cottages from Saturday to Saturday, but it is possible to agree upon other periods of time. The lodger is not allowed to put the rented house at the disposal of a third party.
The lodger must be careful with and take care of the house, its fittings, household furniture, equipment and personal property. You must also be careful with the garden, plants and immediate surroundings. Smoking is absolutely forbidden indoors. Pets are only allowed in exceptional cases, and only after a special agreement.
At the expiration of the renting time, the cottage and the immediate surroundings must be very tidy. If not, we will charge an additional fee of 1.500 SEK for tidying up. If we notice that someone has been smoking indoors, we will charge a special sanitizing fee of 1.500 SEK.
The landlord guarantees that the buildings have a full value insurance. It is incumbent upon the lodger to see to it that he/she is having a householders' all-risk insurance or similar to cover damages, if any, on personal property. In case of the insurance not covering the damage incurred, the lodger is responsible for the costs in those cases where he/she is the cause of the damages.
