The Cottage ”Granngården” Also our neighbouring farm, Lagmansgården 4, is a very old farm, having a closely connected and genuine farm environment. We have carried through an extensive and stylish restoration of the main building. In total there are four bedrooms with 8 beds. The garden is big and green, among others with a beautiful pond. Drängstugan (the guest cottage) that is located on the farm is being repaired to a large extent, but there is a bedroom with two beds that for a smaller amount (1.800 SEK) can be used by larger parties renting the main building. Hereby it is possible to get 10 beds in total. The farm buildings are finished gradually and are not included in the rental business activities. Beds: 8 + 2 Rooms: 6 Area: 135 m2 |

The ground floor There is a spacious hall with a toilet and a shower room on the ground floor. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a hob, a microwave oven, a fridge and a freezer, a dishwasher and a dining-table with room for approx. 6 persons. In the adjacent dining-room there is room for 10 persons to sit at table. There is also a TV room with a capacious corner settee and chairs. The ground floor also contains another hall with a separate entrance, a shower room with a toilet, a bedroom, a laundry-room and a boiler room. There is a glass-enclosed veranda facing south, with a sandbox and swing quite close to. |

The upper floor There is a hall, a toilet and three bedrooms on the upper floor. Two of the bedrooms are completely secluded and each of them has a double bed. The third bedroom is furnished as a small living room with bunk beds and you must pass through this room to come to one of the other bedrooms. If you look at the plan drawing you can see the planning. |
